Dal 2010 offro lezioni di cucina e cene a casa. L'esperienza di insegnare e ospitare persone è una vera passione. Ho vissuto a Lucerna, sono cresciuta in Toscana, poi Milano, Matera e infine Roma, da tutti questi luoghi ho rubato l’ anima e i segreti della cucina! Ho iniziato a cucinare da piccola grazie ai miei genitori, cuochi appassionati. Di recente ho partecipato al programma "4 Ristoranti" di Alessandro Borghese su Sky, nella selezione dei 4 migliori Home Restaurant di Roma. Accogliamo i nuovi amici in una atmosfera conviviale fatta di racconti a buona cucina regionale. Non vedo l'ora di vederti al mio tavolo! I have been offering cooking classes in Rome for the past 9 years. The experience of teaching and hosting new people at home is really fun! I come from a long line of passionate food lovers. Having grown up in Tuscany, spent several years in Milan and then Matera south of Italy, and now living in Rome I have a broad knowledge of the country’s many and variedwonderful dishes. I started cooking when I was little with my parents, both great cooks! Now I'm a professional certificated cook and my new project is to reinvigorate some of the most beautiful spots in Rome by combining great regional food, with conviviality, storytelling, and friendship around the table. I also participated in a famous TV show "4 RISTORANTIi" di Alessandro Borghese on Sky 1 as ONE OF THE BEST HOME RESTAURANTS IN ROME

Sandra is very knowledgeable and a great (virtual) host. Our group was in four locations and all were able to enjoy the event. The recipes were great, and all food we’ll make again. Sandra truly enjoys sharing and teaching.

We had an online cooking class with Sandra on a wintery Canadian day with friends who also Zoomed in. It was so much fun and we learnt a lot from Sandra! These recipes were a great addition to my repertoire! Sandra was patient with us beginners too. We had some good laughs. Thank you, Sandra!

Sandra was wonderful! We cooked with her virtually to celebrate my mom's birthday and had a great time. She's fun, friendly, and gives really helpful instruction, especially for pasta making. The final dishes were delicious--we'll definitely be making them again. I would absolutely take another class with Sandra!
